Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

You can change or cancel your paid studio reservation with no additional charge at any time 48 hours before your reservation is set to begin by clicking the change/cancel appointment button at the bottom of your initial confirmation or reminder email.

If you need to reschedule or cancel within 2 days of your booking, there is a $15 reschedule fee. You can only reschedule twice, after that you will need to book and pay in full a new reservation.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

How do I access the studio?

Instructions with entrance codes will be sent after booking

Where can I park?

You can park anywhere in front of the building. Please check your confirmation email for specifics regarding parking.

What if I need setup and teardown time? Is it included in my booking?

Please ensure that you include all setup and clean up time within the amount of time booked. However, if you need extra time, you can purchase a 30-minute add-on to give you more flexibility. This is especially useful for milestone sessions like birthdays, cake smashes, or holiday shoots with lots of props.

What happens if I go over my booked time?

If you exceed your booking time, you'll be charged accordingly. We encourage you to plan your session carefully to ensure you have enough time.

What is the lighting like in the studio?

We're a natural light photography studio, and our space is designed to maximize and utilize natural light. Our walls, floors, and windows are all positioned to bounce and soften the light. The morning tends to have the most direct light since the sun rises on that side of the building. We don't provide additional lighting equipment beyond the overhead lighting.If you're booked later in the day, please be mindful of sunset and plan your shoot accordingly.

Can I bring my pets?

Yes, pets are welcome! Please keep them on a leash and bring cleaning supplies to clean up after them. You are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.

Is food allowed?

To help us maintain a clean and safe space, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing food and drinks into the studio (except water).

Can I hang things on the wall?

Please don't hang anything on the walls without checking with us first. We'd be happy to discuss options and ensure everything is secure and safe.

Is glitter or confetti allowed?

No glitter allowed inside or outside. Confetti is permitted indoors only if cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Please note that failure to clean up confetti may result in additional fees. Unfortunately, outdoor confetti and glitter are strictly prohibited due to cleanup challenges and potential fines will be enforced.

Can I bring my own props and decorations?

Yes! We encourage you to bring additional props/decorations to make of your sessions something special and unique!
